Dover Resources, Inc. of Tulsa, Oklahoma acquired Wilden Pump & Engineering Company of Grand Terrace, California on June 30, 1998. Consistent with Dovers long-standing tradition, Wilden continues to be managed by its existing leadership team: John D. Allen-President, Denny L. Buskirk-Executive VP of Manufacturing, Gary K Lent-Executive VP of Engineering, Will Barton VP of Finance and Martino Valela VP of Sales & Marketing. Wilden operates as a "stand-alone" entity within Dover Resources Inc., (NYSE-DOV) one of Dover Corporations (NYSE-DOV) subsidiaries.
